I will not provide unwatermarked versions of my work.

I, as the artist, will work with Clients of any age. However, minors must have a legal guardian to make any financial or other agreements on their behalf. (this never applies to suggestive works)

I, as the artist, retain the right to decline any commission for any reason and do not owe the commissioner (YOU🫵) an explanation.

I reserve the right to cancel a Commission request either due to disrespectful behavior, lack of payment before its due date, etc.

Terms outlined here may vary depending on the type of commission

The artist (Beanieflake, aka @dj_snas) is the commissioned asset licensor and may include additional license terms in her Terms of Service or the service’s description.

My art is constantly evolving, so finished pieces may differ from examples. Please familiarize yourself with my work through my galleries before commissioning me.

For choices "CHIBI" & "ICON," customers will receive an additional drawing of a randomized fandom character of your choice for free! You can specify the character or leave it to the artist's choice.

(YOU🫵) cannot combine these promotions—it's one size or style type or the other nor decide what size/style you want for said sketch either.

Do note that fandoms will be chosen based on the amount of art I created for it, personal interest/fixations and or overall popularity. However, if a specific fandom makes you uncomfortable for any reason, please let me know, and I'll make accommodations for alternatives based solely on your interests. Please note that I must be capable of drawing it, and I must also be comfortable with the said fandom as well.

Payment is done through PayPal (invoices using USD), Vgen payments (accepts credit/online banking), Robux (via gamepass), and or Ko-Fi.

Prices under (5,10,15,20), payment is due in full upfront BEFORE I provide any form of artwork to you. Meanwhile, prices over (40,50,80,100+), you may choose between a 50/50 payment plan (pay half for the sketch first and then the rest after it’s been completed) or pay in full upfront. Applies to RBX currency as well.

A screenshot with proof of transaction is not required but highly recommended.

Invoices should be paid within 10 days to avoid cancellation.

Additional fees will be charged based on the complexity and details of the client's character, revolving extra characters, props, NDAs, and backgrounds.

The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.

NDAs (Private Commissions), an additional fee of $20 to $2,286 RBX will be applied.

Seasonal discounts may be offered in the future for occasions such as Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, April Fools’ Day, Christmas, Halloween, and the 4th of July.

I do not charge for art styles, but please note that my interpretation may not exactly match the original.

(YOU🫵) hold responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

(YOU🫵), the Client, acknowledge that each artwork is created with care and commitment. Every subject presents its own unique challenges, which may lead to differences in outcome, but my priority is always to deliver my best and the highest quality possible at the time of creation.

You keep your word. You want something private? keep it private. After all, you ARE the one who paid that extra fee in the end. 🤷

You agree to use the artist (Beanieflake aka @dj_snas)'s work for personal use only.

Handle any payment-related issues responsibly.

Never modify my work without written permission. (Cropping is acceptable; credit me when reposting, and do not remove my signature.)

By accepting your commission, I agree to: Keep my word regarding private NDAS & make any accommodations for mistakes I've made for my clients if necessary

Maintain consistent communication as best as I can.

Provide PNG and JPG files of artwork(s), delivered by Gmail.

Invoice and request payment only when I’m ready to start on your commission.

Complete your commission within 1-2 weeks of receiving payment, or communicate any delays in advance.

Use your personal information solely for communication and payment purposes. Let me know as soon as possible if you spot any "potentially" sensitive info on my Trello Queue Showcase

Provide a full refund if I cannot complete your commission due to physical or mental incapacity. However, A partial refund will be issued based on my progress if I’ve ever started.

All artwork is created digitally and will be delivered in a variety of canvas sizes that seem fitting to either party along with the resolution consisiting of a maximum 300-350 dpi

JPG & PNG files will only be emailed. No CSP files.

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission based on your preference. And I will accept 1 complete revision at this stage.

Subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images to those doing 50/50 payment plans

I will show WIPs via your preferred social platform throughout the commission processs

If you've chosen the "No (surprise me)" box (e.g no open communication / work in progress updates but will only provide you with mistake fixes--similar to a skeb-style commission) This is how our communication process will be expected so be ready for it!

I will not redo an ENTIRE commission once it has been considered "finalized"

If I believe something does not require any changes, I will not make any edits.

I will do my best to complete your commission on time, but please understand that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

(YOU🫵) are allowed only a maximum of 3 revisions total. Any additional requests will depend on the complexity.

It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

Changing or adding characters after I have started your commission is NOT permitted.

When reposting the artwork, (YOU🫵) must give immediate credit by linking to my relevant social media accounts.

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works and may use it for commercial, promotional, sample, and portfolio purposes (NDAs will always be kept hidden as requested.)

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights which are currently unavailable.

Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

If I have designed a character for you and you would like to have it potentially "redesigned" by another artist, feel free to do so! Just make sure to credit me as the original creator of said design.

(YOU🫵) may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways: create keychains, stickers, posters, pins, prints, buttons

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Color in my sketches or lineart.

(YOU🫵) may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways: Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

profit from the commissioned artwork, whether for real or digital currency.

I reserve the right to issue a refund for any reason, with or without explanation.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

(YOU🫵) may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.

The client (YOU🫵) may not use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is canceled or refunded during the work process.

(YOU🫵) are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation before I have started your order.

(YOU🫵) have the right to cancel your order at any time before payment is sent.

Please correct me if I misunderstand anything during communication, as I gather information differently from other's.

I will use a premade template created originally by me for my commission emails, introductions, etc., to save me time.

Open & Suprise Me (skeb) Communication styles are available for negotiation

Although I'd prefer to use Gmail, I will contact you using the method of communication you selected on the forms. (However, if I do not own said account of your choosing, I will use either Discord, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook Messenger, Toyhouse, etc)

Ensure email and social media accounts you provide me are active and are checked regularly. ABSOLUTELY NO DEAD OR INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

1. Placing your order:

After reviewing my TOS **orders must be placed through either via Google Form (especially RBX users) or Vgen. Only * Submissions via any other method will be automatically denied and may result in a block due to non-compliance with my terms.

2. Queue Additions:

After finalizing payment, you will be added to my public Trello queue, for which you will be provided a link to check in on your commission's progress

3. Sketch Approval:

A rough sketch will be provided for the client's approval. revisions during this stage, the lineart stage, and the flat color stage will be accepted, and a maximum of 3 is allowed, so use these wisely for each stage!

4. The next update will be of the flat colors, however you are welcome to request a lineart update as well. Here you will confirm with me that the colors and markings are all placed correctly.

5. Final Approval:

This is when I present the completed artwork for the last stage of approval

6. Emailing & Completing Order

Once piece has gone through the Final Approval, I will request an email in order to send the .png file(s) to you. I send both a Watermarked and Unwatermarked Version of my work; However both contain my signature which should NOT be removed; and the Unwatermarked version should only be used for Icons/Banners to avoid art theft (See “PERMISSIONS & LICENSE” for more details)

7. Leaving A Review (OPTIONAL)

my commission review form , this helps me learn from my previous commission experiences and work on bettering myself as an artist and seller to future clients!

Completed commissioned pieces will only be delivered via Gmail to ensure their proper quality resolution.

- NO RUSH ORDERS. I appreciate your understanding and patience during the process, as rushing can discourage me and may lead to the immediate cancellation of the commission.

- The time required to complete an illustration typically ranges from 7 to 14 days, and may take longer in some cases due college. If it extends beyond the expected time, you will be informed.

You risk being added to the blacklist or even blocked if you are exceedingly difficult, violate my terms of service, are a controversial individual, or fail to read and respect my production terms.
