I, as the artist, will work with Clients of any age. However, minors must have a legal guardian to make any financial or other agreements on their behalf. (this never applies to suggestive or NSFW works)

I will decline if I find your character too complex/detailed or if the general idea is too stressful.

I require reference material for all commission types. I will take whatever you're able to provide me, as long as it's clear! Clear references are required (visuals preferred) I recommend filling out one of many freely available linework bases, OR a simple doodle. It doesn't need to be "good"!

Confirmation of your understanding of my Terms of Service and what your commission includes may be required via email.

I draw the way I draw. If there are certain features of my art that you dislike, or you prefer a very specific representation of your character, I can only offer my best effort! My style cannot be changed, and I will not mimic other artists.

A certain amount of artistic liberty should be expected in every artwork.

My art is constantly evolving, so finished pieces may differ from examples. Please familiarize yourself with my work through my galleries before commissioning me.

Anything agreed upon by all involved parties in writing (social media, email, or otherwise) is a binding contract. Your payment for any agreed-upon service stands as confirmation that you have read and understand these terms. These terms are publicly available and can be provided at any time.

NSFW content is only accepted from clients who are 18 years of age or older. By requesting NSFW content, you confirm that you are a legal adult. I reserve the right to request age verification if necessary.

Please use the examples on my "Commission Pricing" page and social media as a representation of what you can expect to receive.

I will not provide unwatermarked versions of my work.

Terms outlined here may vary depending on the type of commission

The artist (Beanieflake, aka @dj_snas) is the commissioned asset licensor and may include additional license terms in her Terms of Service or the service’s description.

The artist (Beanieflake, aka @dj_snas) does not utilize generative AI for creating any artworks. All pieces are hand-drawn, with some incorporating preset brushes from others available in Clip Studio Paint's official asset library & IbisPaint. This is done either digitally, using a display kamvas tablet with Clip Studio Paint, IbisPaint, animeeffects, alightmotion, or traditionally, with pencils, pens, markers, or gel pens.

(Beanieflake, aka @dj_snas) can not/will not use a reference sheet created by generative AI to create any artworks.

Returning commissioners who have left me a customer review via email receive a 25% discount on their piece (percent off format), but you must show the last commissioned pieces to qualify. This does not apply to those who have not left me one. Discounts cannot be applied after payment—please contact me before payment to utilize this offer!

For "EXPRESSION SHEETS" or "EYE BANNERS", you can optionally receive a free drawing of a randomized fandom character (either your choice or the artist's choice). These promotions cannot be combined, and the drawing will be treated as a surprise, so you get what you get. Fandoms are selected based on my personal interest and overall popularity. If a specific fandom makes you uncomfortable, please let me know for alternatives. Make sure to state whether you want this feature in your order!

The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights, which are currently unavailable.

Personal means (page decorations, device backgrounds, etc.)

Most, if not all, artworks I have sold to you (excluding if agreements stating otherwise) are considered for personal use. This means that by owning a piece that is for personal use, you MAY: Use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways: Make custom prints or physical media like shirts or stickers if you want physical media of the artwork for yourself, but please dont sell them/profit off of them, Share publicly, or privately, make personal edits (while keeping the credits/watermark intact), Story projects, or to put on your websites (just as long as you arent selling/profiting off of the artwork/animation directly), Upload it to a social media platform with credit to my @, artist name or link (`this excludes platforms that could potentially cause harm to my work, such as OpenSea, artstation, or anything that is primarily made to upload or contain NFTs/AI artwork. There may be certain exceptions, but please ask if you aren't sure.)

Equally, as an artist, I retain the rights over any commissioned works and may use them for commercial, promotional, sample, and portfolio purposes (This excludes NSFW, personal, vents, grieving, or artwork that contains personal information such as drawings of real people, family members, or housing, and NDAs)

No artworks will be used for commercial profit. I will only be using these on my portfolio/means to show my art capabilities. (`If you do not want artwork to be used for said purposes, PLEASE let me know beforehand! (All future commissions will include a form stating whether or not you consent to the art being used for such reasons.)

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

If I have designed a character for you and you would like to have it potentially "redesigned" by another artist, feel free to do so! Just make sure to credit me as the original creator of said design.

The client (YOU🫵) may NOT use the commissioned artwork (sketch) if the commission is canceled or refunded during the work process, claim the artwork as yours, remove my watermark/signature, use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI, Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me, Profit from the commissioned artwork, whether for real or digital currency.

If a commission involves characters belonging to other people, written permission from the other character owner(s) must be provided, or they must contact me to confirm you have permission to have a piece created with both your characters.

You're most certainly NOT allowed to resell the sketches or finished commission. That's stealing. (I shouldn't even have to mention this!) I will take legal action due to copyright infringement (e.g., DMCA) if the above rules aren’t followed, as the rightful owner of the copyrighted artwork.

You can choose to pay either fully upfront or do a 50/50 payment plan. Once 50% of the total cost of the piece is paid, work will begin on the sketch. Once full payment has been received, the piece will be completed fully and sent watermarked. APPLIES TO RBX w/tax AS WELL

I do not start anything until we settle on a price.

All prices are listed in USD ($) or RBX (Robux w/tax), and clients are responsible for any transaction fees.

I do NOT accept real-life dollar bills, checks, “digital checks”, or payments that are not sent/received with either PayPal, Ko-Fi, Robux, or Vgen.

Payments must be made via Ko-Fi, Vgen, Robux (gamepass), or PayPal (invoice). I cannot use Square, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp or Apple Pay.

When using PayPal, I will ONLY accept payments using the “goods and services” option. It is critical and extremely important that you mark the payment correctly.

Payment should be made within 10 days to avoid immediate cancellation.

Additional fees will be charged based on the complexity and details of the client's character, revolving extra characters, props, NDAs, and backgrounds. The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.

Communication is essential. I don't expect you to communicate with me in a specific manner, but please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions! Similarly, if you need any accommodations, such as specific writing styles to assist with reading difficulties or tone indicators, please let me know.

By commissioning me, (YOU🫵) agree to: Clearly outline the visual details of your character or creation to help me better understand your vision when filling out the commission forms, agree to use the artist (Beanieflake, aka @dj_snas)'s work for personal use only, reply, and maintain consistent communication, Handle any payment-related issues responsibly, Be patient as art takes time.

(YOU🫵) hold responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me, which results in my inability to complete your commission to your satisfaction.

Submit a request to the artist (Beanieflake, aka @dj_snas) only if you are 100% certain her art style is EXACTLY what you are looking for from the get-go, and that you have read through her SERVICE DETAILS and TOS.

(YOU🫵), The Client acknowledges that each artwork is created with care and commitment. Every subject presents its own unique challenges, which may lead to differences in outcome, but my priority is always to deliver my best and the highest quality possible at the time of creation.

You keep your word. You want something private? Keep it private. DO NOT tell the artist that it's a private commission, then turn around and use it for prints and products. You could be facing some serious legal problems by doing this. After all, you ARE the one who paid that extra fee in the end. 🤷

# MY SAFETY AND NEEDS: Since I use my personal PayPal account, please respect my privacy. Do not share private information that is required to be given during the payment process. I already have names and aliases that I prefer to go by, which can be found on my social bios.

Please acknowledge and respect the turnaround time I have given to you for your commission.

I am frequently a full-time college student on the side. Meaning I am unable to give daily/hourly updates. Updates will be given bi-weekly or weekly, depending on the length of the commission. (Update frequency may change, depending on the size/length of the commissioned artwork)

If I find that you are disrespecting me, pushing me, putting unnecessarily short deadlines that I have not consented to, or intend to harass me, I have the right to cancel the commission. No exceptions.

As an artist, I have full right to cancel the commission if any suspicious activities arise. This may include suspicion of theft, scam, illegal activity, lack of respect, discrimination (this includes discrimination to me, friends, family, or a specific group of people), or danger to my mental or physical state.

If I find that you intend to use my work for illegal or dangerous intentions, or are trying to get me to draw something I do not consent to or am not comfortable drawing, the commission will be cancelled. (This includes NFTs, scams, politics, promotion of propaganda, or hate campaigns).

If you are blocked on one or more of my accounts, I will not accept your commission request period.

By accepting your commission, I agree to: Keep my word regarding private NDAS & make any accommodations for mistakes I've made for my clients if necessary.

Maintain consistent communication as best as I can.

Provide PNG and JPG files of artwork(s), delivered by Gmail.

Invoice and request payment only when I’m ready to start on your commission.

Complete your commission within 1-2 weeks of receiving payment, or communicate any delays in advance.

Use your personal information solely for communication and payment purposes.

Chargebacks and refunds will not be accepted if more than half of the commissioned work has been completed, or after it has been fully completed and sent.

If a chargeback has been sent to me without reason after the commission has been completed and sent over to you, I will assume that you are trying to scam me, and you will be permanently blocked and blacklisted from commissioning or interacting with me or my content. Please be aware that questions may be asked to ensure that your transaction is legitimate. If you are using a parental guardian’s or friend’s PayPal account or credit/debit card, please ensure that they fully consent to the payment; otherwise, a return or chargeback cannot be made.

If I suspect that a chargeback scam is occurring (ex, spending large amounts of money on commissions, then charging back in order to get both the artwork and money back), I have the right to refuse said request.

I reserve the right to issue a refund for any reason, with or without explanation.

I will not give refunds unless I am incapable of finishing the commission.

(YOU🫵) are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation before I have begun your order.

(YOU🫵) have the right to cancel your order at any time before compensation is sent.

Completed commissioned pieces will only be delivered via Gmail to ensure their proper quality resolution.

Working hours are unscheduled. My time zone is Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), so I may be more active in the afternoon and at midnight than in the morning. Please keep in mind that artwork is not my only job!

Commissions are completed in the order in which they are paid for. Outstanding work in my queue ahead of yours will impact how long your piece will take. My queue can be found HERE

- NO RUSH ORDERS. I am not a speedy artist. The time taken to complete an illustration typically ranges from 7 to 14 days, and may take longer depending on my commission queue and real-life responsibilities, as rushing can discourage me and may lead to the immediate cancellation of the commission. (The longer the queue is, or college classes take, the longer your piece may take to complete.) I will contact you as frequently as possible with relevant updates to your piece. I appreciate your understanding.

All artwork is created digitally, NO PHYSICAL MERCH IS BEING SHIPPED TO YOU, and will be delivered in a variety of standard canvas sizes of your choosing via email in .JPG & .PNG formats (one for social publication and the other for personal usage) only to ensure quality is preserved. The resolution will always consist of 300 DPI.

Your commission can take up to 7-14 days or even a month or two to complete, depending on many factors such as health, order of commissions, complexity, schoolwork, or family issues. (If any of the things stated above occur, you will be notified.)

Subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images to those doing 50/50 payment plans. All WIPs are heavily watermarked until the full amount is paid

If you've chosen the "No (surprise me)" box (e.g, no open communication / work in progress updates but will only provide you with mistake fixes--similar to a skeb-style commission), this is how our communication process will be expected, so be ready for it!

I will not redo an ENTIRE commission once it has been considered "finalized."

WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed (sketch, lines, flat colours, finished piece) for approvals.

I will do my best to complete your commission on time, but please understand that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

I work with 3 commission slots at a time. If the slots get filled, you can still make an order, but you must fill out a waitlist form. Commission slots will restart after a commission is completed!!

Errors on my end (incorrect markings, wrong number of toes, etc) will be corrected with no fee, regardless of the stage the commission is in.

I do not offer unlimited revisions. Please be ready with a clear concept for your piece! During the sketch stage in particular. (YOU🫵) You are allowed a maximum of 5 corrections total for free, so use them wisely. Any additional requests will be charged an extra +$5 for each one, depending on the complexity within the original commission pricing. Major changes like (pose, outfit redesigns, etc.) requested after the sketch is approved may also require a fee or simply be declined.

Revision requests after linework has been started will be rejected. Please assure ALL of your revisions are addressed before I begin your piece's linework!

Changing or adding characters after I have started your commission is NOT permitted.

You may request variants of the finished commission, such as background removal, transparent, or flat color versions.

I will use a premade template created originally by me for my commission emails, introductions, etc., to save me time.

If you've chosen the "No (surprise me)" box (e.g, no open communication/work in progress updates but will only provide you with mistake fixes--similar to a skeb-style commission), this is how our communication process will be expected, so be ready for it!

You risk being added to the blacklist or even blocked if you are exceedingly difficult, violate my terms of service, are a controversial individual, or fail to read and respect my production terms. Do not harass these individuals. This message is solely intended to inform you to avoid them.
